Have you lost a furry friend you still deeply miss and feel that nothing could ever replace your most loyal animal companion? I have too.

At first glance, one might wonder what a dog has to do with literature or yoga. But anyone who has truly loved an animal companion knows: everything. Our furry friends walk beside us through life in the deepest ways.
In the same way, I was accompanied by my furry companion through writing, yoga practice, and everyday life. And my dog’s soul continues to guide me. We may have said goodbye physically, but in my heart, we are still together.

So, within this letter, you will also find a small trace of my furry friend.
